Sent my two teens to the Hampton Dairy Queen half hour ago for two medium blizzards. They were charged 12.74 for the two but came home with a mini and a medium. Being young they were to shy to say something and didn't want to get the girl into trouble. Then the one was missing the cookie dough. We have been going there since I was young and no this won't stop us from returning. Staff just needs to pay a little more attention to the orders.
We wanted a cake with our cats photo on it. After about an hour waiting, it was determined it wasn't going to be possible. Chris, the young man helping us, kept checking with us during our wait. He showed us a gel icing likeness of our cat he did. After about an hour, we decided to go with the icing likeness, rather than the photo. It came out fantastic! Chris refused to charge us and just kept apologizing. We told We understood and didn't feel he needed to apologize....
