Horrible always mess my order up I order a chocolate donut with sprinkles got a donut without sprinkles and it tasted horrible i ordered 2 wake up wraps no egg no bacon and I got just cheese horrible I consider to never order from here waste of money and time and is horrible.

Today I went to purchase a strawberry dragon fruit refresher. I asked the guy for a large with no ice , he then told me if I didn’t want any ice then I will be charge an extra $1.00 towards my order for not wanting ice! At first I thought he was joking because I never heard of that before. I really needed something to drink before heading to training so I got a medium with ice because I wasn’t giving the choice to place an order without ice. I will never support dunkin after this.

The newer girl behind the counter and at the drive thru window is so unfriendly and rude. It's too bad because the men that have been there for years are very friendly and very courteous, but this girl is rude every single time that I have gone in there. I have been a customer there for years and this specific employee is making me not want to return, I would rather go out of my way to go to a different location then have to have another interaction with her, I really hope they find someone with better customer service skills, and I am not the only customer that feels this way, I have spoken to several other customers that feel the same. A lot of business is going to be lost with this woman working there.

I was at this location yesterday and not a single employee was wearing a mask - including the one directly interfacing with customers in the drive through. Unbelievable a business serving food could be so irresponsible. No thanks Dunkin’!
