What happened to the old crew that used to be here?? This place has gone downhill very rapidly i feel.. the service isn't the same, the female manager is very rude and on multiple occasions has made my simple iced coffee wrong. You open the store at 5am and rather than come in a little early and prep or atleast start the coffee, you make someone wait because coffee isn't made yet at 510am.. then a few times give me the cold brew iced coffee thinking that I dont recognize the difference in taste or forgot the sugars because im very particular about my coffee.. will certainly leave a little earlier and go across town now to the one that has better service, consistency, and a friendlier staff.. bring back the old crew!!

What happened to the previous team that was working here? Did the management changed? I work next door so I come here every morning and this place is not the same anymore. It’s slow, you walk in and have to wait several minutes to get serviced and the product quality decreased.

Ever since the one guy at the drive thru window left, this place has been at its worst.
The woman at the window is severely distracted. I cannot vouch for other workers but this is a really disorganized dunkin.
Just spent half an hour in the drive thru altering ordering my items. I ended up leaving and not waiting any longer since I had to be somewhere. Please do better.

Order a iced matcha latte wasn’t properly prepared there was chunk of matcha powder at the bottom of the cup and stuck to the ice. Look like they just threw everything in the cup and didn’t even stir it up . I ask the man behind the counter if he could mix it one took the drink pour out like 1/4 of the drink and just shake it in the same cup he hand it said it was well mix. Took a sip and still the same chunk come out the straw wasn’t even enjoyable had to throw out the drink waste 7 dollars .

They were out of this world! The food was so great! I also liked the service. I love the staff and they try their best on EVERYTHING. They were the kindest people and the only dunkin I am going to! Everything was nice and clean but you have to order online a bit early since they might close. Thanks dunkin! DUNKIN RUNS THE WORLD!

Gotta be the worst Dunkin in NJ. The man behind the counter was rude and acting like I was an annoyance. 2 out 3 bagels I ordered were moldy most likely from the day or two before to save a buck? Idk. The bathroom was disgusting. They obviously don't care about their customers. There are 2 other dunkins in Newton and one in Andover that are very nice and clean. Please go somewhere else unless you like food poisoning or being treated like an annoyance.
The food has no flavor, the filled donuts have almost no filling, you have to eat more than half to find a spot, and the iced coffees are flavorless. Everything is a disaster

Their hours online and on the doors say they are open til 8pm during the week, but they lock the doors well before that, leaving only the drive-through open. Coffee is always burnt. You’re bwtter off going to the one in Byram. 10 minute drive, and the seevice is better.

I ordered a large Ice teaUnfortunately they filled my cup with all ice and barey any Ice tea.I went to complain and because i did not ask for less ice i was told they will not refil my cup.
