This place is horribly mismanaged. Went there today on a 90 degrees+ hot and muggy day and there was one girl who was extremely slow working. I stood outside with my two kids and patiently waited for the two people ahead of us get done with there purchase and when it was our time after sitting outside for 15 minutes she asks me to come inside and stand behind 4 more people. Why wasn't there someone inside serving those people? I went into dairy Queen in Newton and was served in minutes and they were very busy. Fire the manager.

Visited on 4/16/2023 around noon. I was a little surprised they didn’t have windows open, probably short staffed, also it’s early in the season so I understand. A girl walked over to us promptly to take our order. She was super friendly. The ice cream was good.

Drove a good distance to get here because their hours said "open". There was a sign that said "closed for the season". It takes a literal minute to update hours, it's a shame they won't do that.

Mmmmm - Welsh Farms ice cream! Tastes like home. It was a bit of a drive from Sparta, but worth it. Flavors include decadent chocolates, fudges and moose tracks, and also traditional favorites like mint chip, butter pecan, strawberry and peach. Cash only and the driveway comes up fast before the sign when coming from Newton.
Best ice cream around. Love the owners. Good people.

I’d rather make the 20 minute trip to get ice cream in Blairstown. This ice cream tastes like chemicals and almost always is freezer burnt. Their soft serve is all water with a HINT of vanilla flavoring. Cheap! Save your money
