Very slow service. Call your order in an hour in advanced during lunch time. Food is okay but the amount of time you will wait for one sandwhich isn't worth. And I was given the wrong food after waiting 30 min. Don't waste your time. I have been here multiple times and it's always been the same thing. Go to G&S down the road. Don't advertise as a deli if you cannot get the food out quickly. I'm done wasting money here.

Someone mentioned this place on FB and I had to go grab a meatball sub! 10/10!! I usually don’t like anyone besides my mom’s meatballs and this sandwich was so good!! ☺️

I heard about Hugo’s from a raving fb post and thought I’d try to out. I ordered the authentic Italian and it was delicious! Best Italian sandwich in the county! It came with authentic meats plus roasted peppers. Service was great. I’ll definitely be back!

Went there this morning for the first time. Had a Taylor ham egg and cheese and a 3 egg platter. The food was delicious and the owner Eric was super nice. Would definitely go back!

Excited to have a new deli here, but could use more organization during rush times. Poor girl on the counter taking all the calls and all the orders. I was on hold on the phone, just trying to place my order for over 20 minutes. I then just decided to walk over and order a quick toasted bagel with cream cheese. It took over 15 minutes for the bagel to be ready and it wasn’t toasted.
If you order in the morning, obviously no rush, foods out quick! But if you’re pressed for time, don’t order during lunch.
Took my daughter here for breakfast after her swim class and WOW! I had the best Taylor ham egg and cheese sandwich! It was perfect in every way. This place is amazing, great pricing, portions were perfect and they were so nice too. We will definitely be back for more breakfast! Thank you for making my daughter so happy with her bacon and Taylor ham!

Nice to have an Italian deli here in newton. Had the Italian sandwich and it brought me back to my youth growing up in queens ny. It's so nice to have a real Italian sandwich with the proper cold cuts. Wish this place the best of luck and I will be back for more.

I went to Hugo's for the second time today and I was served the BEST Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese I've ever had in my life. The lunch options are great too but don't sleep on this place for breakfast! Perfectly cooked, generous portion, reasonable price. Five stars all day!

Being from Staten Island, I’m very particular about my Italian food (iykyk). I had THE BEST lunch from Hugo DeLuca’s Deli today. I ordered the Hugo’s Cutlet Hero & I can’t wait to check out the rest of their menu! Staff was kind & provided quick service even during a busy lunch rush. Thrilled to have a quality Italian deli near my home. 100% recommended for delicious eats!

Probably the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had and it’s consistent every time I order . The staff is very welcoming and want you to leave with a smile.
