My wife and I originally planned our wedding for October 2020, but like so many others, the pandemic put everything on hold. We rescheduled for September 2021, but with elderly relatives attending, we didn’t feel comfortable gathering that many people just yet. So we pushed it again, this time to a spring wedding on May 6, 2022.
Then, a week before the big day, we got COVID.
At that point, we were heartbroken and honestly thought we might have to cancel the whole thing. We called Krave Catering to let them know, and to our surprise, they told us they had May 13th open. It was just one week later—yes, Friday the 13th—and we couldn’t believe how lucky we were.
They were incredibly flexible and supportive during what was a really stressful time. Their customer service was truly amazing.
And on the actual wedding day, the food and service were everything we hoped for. Kate was awesome and really stepped in to help coordinate things and make the day run smoothly. The food was delicious and our guests are still talking about it years later.
We can’t recommend Krave Catering enough. They’ll be there for you no matter what, and the food is seriously unforgettable.

My son and daughter-in-law had their wedding at The Conservatory in Augusta, catered by Krave. We’ve always enjoyed our family dinners at the restaurant and were sorry to see it close to focus exclusively on catering—but after this experience, we understand why.
Everything about the day exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, with every detail thoughtfully executed. Our favorite waitress, Liz, along with the rest of the waitstaff, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Kate made my husband and me feel especially cared for with her warmth and attentiveness.

Krave truly made our wedding special. My wife and I connected with Kate during the 1st call, when we were just shopping around. When then did a menu tasting and were impressed by the personalized menu, the extremely friendly staff, and how delicious the food was. After talking to over 5 other caterers, we still felt like all of them lacked the individual attention, care, personalization, and wide variety of food options that Krave provided. After we booked with Krave, when began looking through extensive menu options, scheduled a 2nd tasting to try more food, and asked a TON of questions to Molly, who was so patient, kind, accommodating, and wonderful throughout the process. Kate and Molly helped my wife and I through every phase of planning, from our seating chart/floor plan, working through our guests allergies, to even decor pieces we planned on having. Kate and Molly alleviated our stress and fears and truly helped guide us for just about a year. If we weren't impressed by the planning process, we were even more impressed with our wedding day. Kate and her team were at our venue early making sure everything was well, and setting up additional decor items (at no extra cost) and it looked AMAZING. Kate and her team helped set up our food stations and bars, and it looked better than we could've imagined. The team was so quick with handing out food, professional, and friendly. Kate ensured our families allergies were taken care of and she even hand delivered food items to my mother so she didn't have to second guest what she was and wasn't able to eat the entire night. Her husband Rich was the bartender for our wedding and the drinks were also amazing. Our family still raves about Kate and the Krave team, 2 months after our wedding. Very happy to have gotten in to their Supper series which is only being offered 2 times this month and it was absolutely worth it. The food is 100 percent professional and the food pairings are exquisite. We were able to have the “duet menu” which included :
The First course - Butternut squash ravioli with sage brown butter and Brie and Leek tart with port wine cranberry chutney.
Second course - Sweet potato coconut soup with curry crème fraiche and beet and goat cheese salad (Arugula , goat cheese, spiced walnuts , pickled beets , balsamic cider vinaigrette )
Main course- Merlot braised beef short ribs with horseradish demi glaze and frizzled leeks and autumn spiced chicken with port fig glaze
Dessert - Applecider donut and raisin bread pudding and chocolate peanut butter tart with homemade brown sugar ice cream.
Everything was delicious , prepared and cooked to perfection. Service was fast and friendly. They also have espresso bar and hot tea , water and is BYOB. Maybe 10 tables or so. Reservations needed.

From the start, they were in constant contact -- even organizing our rentals for us! Krave did such an amazing job with our wedding! Kate is absolutely phenomenal and every time we met with her I felt so confident that everything would be taken care of perfectly, and on the day of everything ran so smoothly. They do weddings at the Conservatory frequently and they know the ins and outs of how to make a wedding go well. The food was delicious. We chose family style and our guests seemed to enjoy that a lot. The food during cocktail hour was plentiful and amazing. They do a great job serving food that is both delicious and interesting. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Krave Caterers! Our daughter got married last month and her reception was held at the Conservatory at the Sussex County Fairgrounds. Kate and Anna spent a lot of time on the phone with us explaining everything - they never rushed us or made us feel like we were bothering them with all our questions. We met Liz at the tasting and she made it a special time with our daughter and future son-in-law. Kate spent a lot of time with my daughter and I when we did the walk through a couple months before the wedding. We had a last minute request to change one of the passed hors devours the week before the wedding and when my daughter texted Kate, Kate was quick to respond with “of course!” The actual wedding day reception was a dream! When we arrived at the Conservatory, my husband and I were met by Kate who had our drinks in hand, and Liz brought us plates of food so that we could mingle with our guests instead of spending time filling our plates during the cocktail hour. They checked on us and were also very attentive to the groom’s parents as well as the bridal party. I think what was really impressed me was the emphasis on making sure that not only were the bride and groom made to feel special, but also the parents! (I had never experienced this before with other venues and caterers.) From cocktail hour to dessert, the food was incredible! For days, my husband and I received texts and comments from friends about how amazing the food was. I can keep gushing, but one last thing. Towards the end of the evening, when my husband and I were exhausted, we asked Kate about a something that needed to be taken care of and she immediately told us not to worry about it, that she and her team were taking care of it and we were to just finish enjoying the evening of our daughter’s wedding.
