Made me sit in a parking spot at the drive thru. Fries came out soggy and cold. The chicken sandwich was thrown into the bag and just had chicken. The sauce or anything else wasn't on it.

It took literally 23 minutes for them to make 1 breakfast sandwich and 1 coffee. They scream at each other in Spanish in the kitchen including the manager. One guy was with his son and asked for a refund because they were waiting just as long. This is a recurring issue and is not the first time this has happened. Very hard to communicate with staff too cause they all speak Spanish! OH, AND, my coffee was cold by the time I got it.
Did not Receive my right order called them 5 min later they said they would not changed it and threatened me with the cops if I don't leave. I ordered my stuff and should have got the right order not the wrong order and they threaten me with the cops. I called there 800 service cause someone is losing there job.
Extremely slow service; this was a mobile order. Even arriving at the store, I had to wait over 35 minutes for my order.
I waited 30 minutes for my food and they never came outside at all!!!
Do not leave this McDonald's without checking they got your order correct. Just ordered the new Mcchicken strips, they charged me for mcchicen strips, just to get home and find regular nuggets in my bag. Lesson learned
Better than WayBack burgers. The most consistent place in Newton.

Poor service, subpar food, little english spoken by staff
Today, April 16,2025 in the afternoon my brother was discriminated against by an older employee, balding, with glasses, that works at the drive thru window all the time. My brother has psoriasis and the employee asked why he wears gloves. When my brother told him because of his psoriasis,he refused to take my brother’s money and told him that he has to pay at the second window. Absolutely shameful be aware of this fool. This will be taken into further action.

Highest priced McDonald's in tri-state area. Lowest grade food quality. Franchise owner must reevaluate and adjust pricing immediately. My attorney has contacted McDonald's corporate about this matter. Stay Tuned
