The manager is great and everything else is good, but the past three times I've had the McCrispy the chicken breast has been nasty and rubbery with the texture of an overcooked scallop. I don't go to many other McDonald's so I don't know how it is at other locations, but I am giving up on this sandwich. Easily the worst fast food chicken sandwich if this is normal.

Ruben is the greatest manager over McDonald's of Newton, so professional, helped me in finding my order in their system, while my order was stuck online and never went through on the mobile app, he was so quick in making up for my time,and although my order was relatively big, he managed to get it ready in 9 minutes, on the spot , all staff is friendly , happy, joyful always , I do doordash too with them, and the orders are always ready by the time I arrive , thank you staff...

For a fastfood place their prices are out of control! Missing items always.
Features: I've been using Doordash for them and they NEVER get the orders right.
That being said they are very expensive.
