This is the best Panera! Food was fresh and came out fast ⏩ The service was excellent, we dined-in and they asked us how everything came out. I've never been to a Panera that did that. Really clean and nice high ceilings.

Not worth it. You can get on DD or QC full service for the same price. You bread and butter order it's prepared, price includes full service which also save you time. In addition, calling customers by their name is a sign that you value their business but calling them instead of Luisa, Lisa or instead of Patty, Betty, that just says a lot. Smile at your customers, it is a pretty summer day. Not worth it. You have options go to DD or QC across the street you will get better value for your money.

Emily was amazing! She asked how we were doing, asked how the food was and if it was ok for her to take our dishes that she saw were empty (because the food was delicious) ! She was very kind and there is no doubt we will be back again!

I often order through the app and pick up at the drive thru window. Always prompt. Orders lways accurate. Always pleasant and friendly.
Very slow service today. Drive thru worker, Ronald (shown on receipt), kept taking orders as my food sat ready on the counter. After paying at the window, I still sat waiting for 10 minutes to receive my food 😐

Eh, I really like Panera Bread but it got so expensive. $15 for my pick two today for one person. Didn't even get a drink. My Cobb salad had ONE HALF of an egg. You don't even get a full egg now. Also every single time I've been to this Panera they have some dude with a laptop (Panera employee) working in the restaurant. The bar tables are always used by him - kinda feel like he should have an office in the back or something.

I go to lots of places to eat and when I go to Panera in Newton I get the same salad each time and it’s always perfect. I have been to lots of Panera’s that I would never go back to. But Newton is amazing. I want to call out a few people who are always there at the counter and cooking/prepping Haaken and Jazmin are there and so friendly and so helpful and asking if they can get us anything else. Just super nice and accommodating. And always smiling! There was also a woman manager who has been there from the beginning when they first opened I am not sure of her name but she seems to run a tight ship and walks around the restaurant asking everyone if they are ok, that is never seen at a fast food restaurant and it’s really great. The crew in the back is obviously great too because our food is also made perfectly. I did not want to leave anyone out so I asked them all of their names … Lily, Justin, Daniel, Skyler , Edgar. Thanks guys for having a friendly clean place to eat locally with fresh food !!!! We love Panera !!!!!
