Asked for iced Americana with a little cream and unheated chocolate croissant. When I got my coffee it looked like a latte. More cream than coffee. I confronted her and she said she would remake it. She did....the same amount of cream was in it. Went in the garbage croissant. I told them I didn't want it heated. Someone got me a new one and I hear coocko from an employee referencing me lol. Nice costumer service! Lol.

EDITING: On the app, it states that the shaken espresso has three shots of espresso, but the girl at the store informed me that it only has two. I believe that is incorrect. Two shots of espresso with a cup of oak milk is not good. However, three shots in a cup of oak milk is very good. (size is a grande)

This Starbucks started out alright but recently it’s been making me go to dunkin instead. They randomly close throughout the week and when they are open, you can tell the staff hates their job. The other day I ordered a sandwich and a hot tea. I was the only one in the drive through. They had my sandwich ready right away but my tea took 7 minutes. And my sandwich? SO UNDERCOOKED.

It's starbucks coffee, so the quality is decent. I will say, my boyfriend ordered a blonde expresso and instead received 4 shots of expresso in a cup. There was creamer, no nothing, just 4 shots of expresso. I've also not once have been given the cardboard cozy, so burnt hands every time.

I’m here every day multiple times a day when in town visiting. The service is always very friendly, I pre order and they always make an effort to say hello when I come in. Drinks are always correct. Place is clean and tidy.
