This Starbucks started out alright but recently it’s been making me go to dunkin instead. They randomly close throughout the week and when they are open, you can tell the staff hates their job. The other day I ordered a sandwich and a hot tea. I was the only one in the drive through. They had my sandwich ready right away but my tea took 7 minutes. And my sandwich? SO UNDERCOOKED.

It's starbucks coffee, so the quality is decent. I will say, my boyfriend ordered a blonde expresso and instead received 4 shots of expresso in a cup. There was creamer, no nothing, just 4 shots of expresso. I've also not once have been given the cardboard cozy, so burnt hands every time.

I’m here every day multiple times a day when in town visiting. The service is always very friendly, I pre order and they always make an effort to say hello when I come in. Drinks are always correct. Place is clean and tidy.

Placed a mobile order while waiting to get Chipotle next door. Drive through lady told me with an atittude to not place a mobile order immediately before arriving. But my question is… whats the difference between that and me being a walk-in… or me ordering through the drive through speaker? I thought it kind of ridiculous because there was no line and i expected to wait a little bit. I was not complaining whatsoever. Incredibly rude service and ruined my mood the rest of the day.
