Absolutely amazing! first time going after a few people suggested it to us, and so happy we did! My fiancé’s father took us to celebrate our engagement and they treated us so kindly even brought out the coolest champagne flutes! It’s BYOB and I heard the menu changes frequently but you will not be disappointed!!

Great food, always! Love their menu options. Staff is wonderful. Great atmosphere.
They could have let us in to eat. One employee stated we can sit down and eat, then the host said we could not sit down and eat. They both explained it exactly the same.It was 1:04pm and we were told they close at 2pm and that kitchen closes at 1:30 pm. I believe I still had 24 minutes to order a meal until kitchen was officially closed. Not happy. Drove over an hour and a half to come to this place. I guess I'll never come back now.
My sister and I had a delicious meal here! The place is so charming and cozy. The attention to detail is on point. The food is so fresh and prepared with love. We both had the chicken dish and shared the cheese board. Every component was perfect. We shared the best piece of carrot cake we'd ever tasted!! Definitely coming back.

The menu changes throughout the seasons - there’s definitely a lot of creativity and passion here. I had the Chicago hot dog for lunch - an authentic rendition according to a Chicagoan friend of mine.

The service was warm and attentive from the moment we walked in. The steak and eggs were cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and satisfying. The biscuits were a standout too—fluffy and clearly made with care. On top of all that, the decor was absolutely adorable—charming details everywhere that made the whole place feel cozy and inviting. Can’t wait to come back!

If you’re looking for a local eatery with a sophisticated New York feel from interior to exterior, to the exquisite food and friendly staff— this is your place! I’ve been hearing such great things about The Farmer’s Daughter for so long, my inner foodie has been dying to come here and surely, they DID NOT disappoint! :) I went one day with my husband for an early lunch and was just smitten with everything! Aside from their incredibly delicious courses, we were highly impressed with how kindly and quickly they seated us (as walk ins) on an early Saturday afternoon. Especially since the place was already poppin and reservations are encouraged. We ordered their Charcuterie Board (THE BEST I’ve had - the cheeses and jams were especially excellent), the Meatball Grinder - a solid sandwich with a hint of sweetness, the Artichoke Grilled Cheese - both buttery and savory, then finished off with their Caramel Lava Cake (to go). Everything was top notch and the leftovers were even better the next day! Really enjoyed my Soul Kick juice as well, it had a very fresh and organic taste. The staff were also SO NICE! This would make the perfect spot for Sunday Brunch too. I think everything was fairly priced for the tasty food selection and it’s presentation. I couldn’t be happier to have found my new favorite rustic and elegant restaurant without the hassle of traveling to the city for it!
