I wish I could leave no stars with this pizza place! We arrived on a Friday night for takeout. We were in the restaurant around 6:40pm. We walked in and were not greeted. No big deal. We found a menu on the counter and decided what to order. There was a young man around 20 years old managing the counter. He completely ignored my husband and I. A woman came in after us. She got her order taken. She was like five feet away from us so I thought maybe we were in the wrong area to order. Before we moved, a young woman working behind the counter (20-25ish) came directly in front of us and ignored us too. Finally she walks away and the guy comes closer to us. We say, sorry we didn’t know where we should order. Completely ignores us again. The phone is ringing and he picks it up and takes someone’s order. Finally he is off the phone and helps someone else. We finally had enough and left. Maybe it’s me but maybe you shouldn’t ignore customers trying to actively buy from you.

I've been coming here for years! Their Pizza is yummy, especially their Sicilian.

And after I told the owner I was taking Gram to go feed th
e seagulls, he gave me a bunch of bread, for free!! Nobody gives anything away for free anymore I thought that was so nice. We'll definitely keep going back.

Amazing food and service ! I ordered a crispy chicken salad and it was fresh and enough for two meals! Our server was very attentive!

We really enjoyed having dinner at Villa Capri! The atmosphere is nice, we loved their chicken wings, pizza and desserts. The customer service was fantastic! All the staff are courageous and friendly! Highly recommended!

I went in and ordered carry out . I watched some loud mouth male employee make comment to female employee and take $20 out of drawer. Tattooed punk came back in and went behind counter. He looked at me and said “Did you say something “. i hadn’t said anything and told him so. He said he thought he saw my mouth moving. i told him if i had said anything he would have heard it

Food came out i left. He bid me farewell and i wished
him luck.

This is a half ass operation with no management and punks working there. Don’t Go

Update. I just read other reviews on this joint. if the punk with tattoos is owner or manager no wonder why it is like it is

I order delivery through an app for a salad with Avocado (paid extra for the Avocado.) The delivery driver (their own, they don't use app drivers) arrived with cash in hand to reimburse me because the Avocado wasn't fresh and they didn't want to give me bad Avocado. So incredibly kind and over the top! Great food and delivery is quick too. 10/10 recommend!

The pizza was awesome, and they use fresh mushrooms. Our waitress was great, the staff were all friendly...definitely recommend

Been living in Sussex county for almost 5 years now and after one of our favorite pizza places closed we had to venture for a new one. Villa is hands down the best pizza in Sussex county. We are originally from Morris County and have been settling for less than pizza until now. This will be our go to place from now on.

Great food.

Penne vodka pizza and other specialty pizzas are always /delivered/ as a plain cheese pizza with toppings dumped on. I've never got a pizza like that from the other location or when I order in person.

Their food is good, the pizza is decent it's not my first choice, I personally love the way they make their cutlets, the cutlets are perfect, no other place in the area can do that like them, always rubbery or chewy everywhere else.. I heard the owner is not a nice guy from various people and reviews but he was nothing but curtious and respectful to me when I went in and picked up an order... perhaps some customers think they have the privilege to be treated like royalty and that isn't always feasible especially during the busier hours when the place is slammed, working in the food industry can very be stressful some people need to wake up... but I have zero complaints I recommend the chicken parm and any of their paninis
