This Dunkin is the worst one in the area, not because of their food, but because of the employees working there. They are the rudest employees I have ever seen in my life. If you ask them a question they just stare at you like you are an alien or something!!!…Never again!!!
I suggest no one to put their order through the app. They will not follow the ingredients or instructions. I always order in person since they don’t follow the instructions. Even when I go in person they still make it WRONG! If I say 3 pumps of caramel they will give you a very small amount of pumps. I understand if there’s a rush but there was no one behind me! I go here every other Wednesdays with my nieces. It's our spot for us to talk, disconnect from the screens and most of all, I really get the welcoming atmosphere from the workers!
