Nice folks but ain't no way in hell a small mom and pop of a couple that's struggling with their health and speed charging close to $10 for nasty cup of coffee medium was a store brand you can taste. White sugar. Mediocre cream. Like it's just a nasty cup coffee. But it cost me damn near $4. And then I got a bagel with cream cheese and butter that cost me $5. How? Mom need to just go ahead and retire because she's not well and slow. But she's sweet. And pop is a nice man. Very courteous working the show by himself. He's not healthy either. It's time to pack it up fam. It's too old school.

I had a delicious bacon, egg and cheese with some coffee. Recommended by a friend, and it was exactly what I wanted. A small Mom and Pop deli. I picked up some almond cookies, for later, because I couldn't resist them! Try Florence's for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

This place has some of the best food I’ve gotten from a deli. Everything’s fresh and absolutely delicious I eat here every day. Come in and let al take care of you they have a perfect menu fitting for all types from breakfast to lunch and even dinner. Highly recommend

I ordered a BLT toasted plain bagel, scooped with mayo. Best I’ve ever had. And the people there are amazing and so nice.

Stay far away from this deli. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a turkey and Swiss sandwich and was given a sandwich with only Swiss cheese — no turkey at all. Yet I was still charged for the full order. While I was there, two other customers sitting in the deli also had their orders made incorrectly. Clearly, attention to detail and customer service are not a priority here. I won’t be coming back.

My biggest issue with this place is the Cook! I Ordered a Western Omelet and it automatically comes with ham as an ingredient. As a matter of fact I double checked with the woman that took my order that it comes with ham and I received a Vegetarian Omelette. And when I advised The Cook, his absurd justification on not including ham was that most don't want ham (Crazy!) THEN IT'S NOT A WESTERN OMELET! Even worse he didn't offer to correct the in-house breakfast meal. Honestly his guy is just being cheap, especially when I made sure the Western Omelet had ham, also the home fries are served in soup of oil, gave me indigestion from all the oil 👎 So many other breakfast/lunch places in North Arlington or Lyndhurst to try instead.

This place is a hidden gem. They have hearty portions and everything it just delicious. It’s small and quaint little shop but it feels just like visiting family. The owner and the staff are always so warm and welcoming. They’re just genuine heartfelt people. The bagels are perfect, and the food always hits the spot. Love their breakfast sandwiches. I’ve been there a few times and I’ll definitely be back again.

First time costumer but it won’t be the last Food is excellent. 10/10. Costumer service is top notch.

It was bad enough that the '80s rock music was playing so loud when I walked in that I had to repeat my order three times to the woman behind the counter till she got it straight (ironic because she looked to be at least two decades older than anybody who would have been listening to that music as a teenager), but when they finally brought my sandwich out, which I ordered as chicken salad, it turned out to be a breaded chicken cutlet on a roll. I pointed out to the cook that I ordered chicken salad (also hard to hear- had to repeat multiple times) and he
agreed to correct it. When they brought it out again and I started eating it, I thought it tasted a little funny. Turns out they took the breaded chicken cutlet and cut it up and mixed it with mayonnaise. By this point it was late and I was hungry and I didn't say anything. Needless to say I will not be going back here again.

Had a terrific breakfast sandwich: egg and cheddar cheese on a sesame seed bagel it was delicious. Also enjoyed a nice hot cup of tea. Service was good, friendly hospital place. Ate at delightful small table a joyous Christmas music played in the background highly recommend. They also cater food. Hours 6:30 to 3:00 PM for lunch and dinner. Stop by to enjoy good food at reasonable prices.

My husband and I were in town to see the Giants game and we decided to stop here because I have never had a “jersey bagel” before. We came on Sunday morning & found ourselves right back here a second time the next morning before heading back. After our first one we just HAD to have more. Not only was the bagel itself AMAZING, but the service was phenomenal. The owners make you feel like you are a part of their little family from the moment you walk in. It’s like you are sitting in their dining room for a meal. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and comfortable. We both got bacon egg and cheese. I got the everything bagel, and my husband got the sesame bagel. The bagel itself is PERFECTLY made. that slight crisp on the outside but so soft and fluffy on the inside. Now, i’m back in VA and i don’t think i’ll ever be able to enjoy a basic bagel the same way ever again.
