Essentially a takeout reataurant offering Japanaese cuisine, the restaurant provides fresh fish in their sushi amd sashimi entrees. Fish, when freshly caught and obtained from fishermen as they come in with their catch, tastes sweet, as i had experienced once in my life. There is that hint of sweetness in the fish the restaurant serves, that is why this is the only place i order from when i have a hankering for jalanese food. Hands down the best sushi in the entire Kearny area — nothing else even comes close.
We always ordered their sushi and sashimi deluxe and always blown away by how fresh, clean, and beautifully prepared everything was. The quality is always incredibly consistent — every single time we order from them, the fish is top-notch and the flavors and freshness are perfect. Been wanting to write a review for a while now. Been eating at this place on and off for 5-6 years, probably the best sushi place in bergen county. Its authentic and not one of those gimmicky sushi places.
