John Claude Exclusive Catering provides high level restaurant quality food with extremely reasonable pricing. The service is superb, professional, and attentive, making the entire experience stress-free. Many guests commented on how great everything tasted. Specific meals include linguini, stuffed shells, pork loin, risotto croquettes, string bean almondine, and apple pie. The Christmas dinner package was phenomenal, with pork loin so tender you could cut it with a fork. The catering service saved the day after another caterer bailed last minute, working with a tight schedule. The food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. It totally exceeded expectations. This is the only vendor along with the DJ that not a single bad word can be said about. Guests fight over the linguini, and the family is very picky with pasta. Definitely worth the money. The team is incredibly helpful and willing to work with any schedule. Would gladly recommend and use this catering service again.
