My food was prepared wrong. It included a side dish, that I have an allergy to. I told the person taking my order what my food algeries are, but this wonderful person was so preoccupied with their phone that they put in my food ticket with extra of what I'm algeric to as a side. I couldn't wait to have them remake the food, I had to get back to work, so this experience flat out stunk.

Worst experience ever. The chef couldn't cook for their life. The steak I ordered came out blood rare twice! The burger my son and his lady ordered were also pink when they both asked for it to be well done. The server couldn't get the Shirley temple done right for the life of her. She also brought the wrong burger to my son. It was evening on a Thursday. Not busy at all. So there was no excuse for us to have to wait so long for almost everything we requested. I think the only good thing was the manager. He did his best to help fix the situation. But it was just not enough for me to warrant ever going back there again.

Food came out quick and was hot and delicious. Our server Gerson was attentive and friendly. The issue was the bathrooms were very dirty!! It was later in the day but still they looked as if no one cleans them, so I left off a couple of stars for that.
Very disappointed in apple bees in north bergen.i have been to this applebees alot of times in the past. This is the first bad experience I've had. my fiancé and I went to have dinner we arrived and waited at door for like 10 min. Before someone come over and seated us. After being seated we waited like 20 min. Before some came to take our order.after taking our drink order. We continue to wait for 47 min. Our appetizers got there and still no drinks .our food got there a few min. Later still no drinks and no waiter in site .we had a to ask another waiter for at least a soda to wash down our food and appetizers. Still no drink finally got out drinks when we were done with our meal. We order 2 Long Island ice tea that I was un drinkable. we have been a custom of apple bee for years I love the food but I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. The service was not good at all. And the place was not even busy

The manager sucks and seems lazy, plus he's sitting at the bar talking rabbit stories with employees. Because he should be making sure at customers are being served and not waiting 15-20 minutes, before being asked how may I help. And the place was empty ??... This employee named Luis came and saved the day, HE'S A SUPERSTAR!!! ????????????. Also he's working the bar and serving customers!!! Please Applebee's don't lose this GREAT WORKER!! ????♂️⛹?♀️?

Was an overall good meal. Very friendly staff, food was ok nothing crazy of special. I would recommended the new pretzel bites with cheese possibly if you’re in to that kind of food.

This place can use better management, practically empty yet only one person tending the area and bar at same time. Drinks were not made with luv did not appear to be a trained bartender. The waitress tried her,best was friendly yet all over the place.she looked tired and voiced it. Portions are very small.
