I am unable to provide a rating for the food and atmosphere as we got tired of waiting to be seated Despite the establishment being empty and left. One of the employees observed our presence but did not offer assistance. It is highly improbable that we will return to this location. This reflects a significant management deficiency.

My food was prepared wrong. It included a side dish, that I have an allergy to. I told the person taking my order what my food algeries are, but this wonderful person was so preoccupied with their phone that they put in my food ticket with extra of what I'm algeric to as a side. I couldn't wait to have them remake the food, I had to get back to work, so this experience flat out stunk.

Worst experience ever. The chef couldn't cook for their life. The steak I ordered came out blood rare twice! The burger my son and his lady ordered were also pink when they both asked for it to be well done. The server couldn't get the Shirley temple done right for the life of her. She also brought the wrong burger to my son. It was evening on a Thursday. Not busy at all. So there was no excuse for us to have to wait so long for almost everything we requested. I think the only good thing was the manager. He did his best to help fix the situation. But it was just not enough for me to warrant ever going back there again.

Food came out quick and was hot and delicious. Our server Gerson was attentive and friendly. The issue was the bathrooms were very dirty!! It was later in the day but still they looked as if no one cleans them, so I left off a couple of stars for that.
