Very unprofessional employee working last night, we have gone to this location so many times that this is our first negative experience. We got there after 11pm due to coming out of work and heading here. They took time to seat us and to ask for the order making it later. We tried our best to finish our food as fast as humanly possible we finished by 12:09. One of your employees was being unprofessional at a table near us, as she cleaned. Saying loudly how customers are so disgusting how they leave the tables, even if true us patrons don’t need to hear that. Then as she’s near the bar she loudly says to another employee, they need to hurry up and leave ! At that point in time I looked up to see who said that because you can professionally come to the table and say I’m sorry we are closing would you like a to go box not indirectly scream that type of comment from across the room. Her attitude was off putting - you’re at work act like you’re at work. It’s your job to clean, her complaining was loud and obnoxious and rude. She was light skin with what appeared to be braids and I think glasses. She wasn’t our server so I didn’t get her name but learn some customer service and manners.

Horrible service. The place wasn’t crowded. Soda cup was cracked and leaking . When we asked for a new soda it took long to get new one and the waiter didn’t even apologize. Then it took forever to get plates to eat our appetizers . Asked 2 different workers for the plates meanwhile the food got cold. No one seemed to care, including manager who brought the plates , not even an apology from him. Ended up getting the check and leaving after the appetizers. Waiter wasn’t fazed when we told him why

We went today to the restaurant (a party of 8) the waiting time to be seated was very short. The waitress took our order and we specified that we want a dessert first even before the appetizers now the dessert took very long to arrives, the appetizers too. We wait really long for they to bring our food, they mistake our order and bring 2 plates that were ours and then took even longer to bring our plates, we asked for steaks on different terms and both steaks were on the same terms, the steaks were very dry. We asked for lemon to 4 different staff member and it didn’t arrives until the very last, and yes you may ask what about the drinks and cocktails they arrived even later when we finished our food and in the meanwhile we asked other staff members for the drinks and nobody answered us and even ignored us they walked right on our side and pretend they didn’t hear us. When drinks arrived it wasn’t all of them at the same time but with 5-15 minutes apart. We asked for another dessert at the end trying to let go the bad experience and then the manager arrives and told us that they will discount the drinks and dessert so we were fine but the last dessert we order never arrives, we waited more than 15 minutes and then decided to leave. It’s unpleasant to go through this bad experience after been attending this restaurant location over the years.

But today I just left, and they served me a third of what they give at all the other places. Place is alright but very dirty. Literally walked down the isle full of trash. Food was good but presentation okay. I got me the burger dipped in melted cheese, was too hot to touch so I let it cool off. After it cooled down a bit and it stuck to the plate and fell apart. I wasn't given napkins or utensils and it took a while when I asked for them. Also almost cut my finger on the broken glass of the salt Shaker.

I recently tried the burger at Applebee’s and it was honestly very good. The patty was juicy and flavorful, cooked just right, and the toppings were fresh and generous. The bun was soft but still held everything together perfectly. Every bite tasted balanced and satisfying. The fries on the side were crispy and well-seasoned, which made the meal even better. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was quick and welcoming, which made the whole dining experience enjoyable. I would definitely order that burger again.

The Valentine’s Day drinks were seriously so good…worth the visit alone. The food was fine, pretty much what you’d expect from Applebee’s (no complaints, just realistic). We stopped in quickly while shopping and ended up really enjoying the drinks. Would definitely go back for those. The service wasn’t terrible, but there was a noticeable delay before we were offered drinks or asked for our order. It reached a point where the host had to prompt the server to come to our table. Once the drinks started rolling in, service moved along. Not bad at all.
