Overpriced and you get half the amount you'd get at a regular location. For $9 you end up with a pretzel that used half the dough and hard to bite. It also has the weird after taste tingling, not sure what they put in it but needless to say, I'm avoiding this one like a plague

Sooo overpriced. I bought a mini dog and almond crunch pretzel.I don’t know it is this place only. I am pretty sure it is. I got a mini dogs which was 5.99$ plus tax. And there were 5 mini in a cup. I bought this in NYC location and there were more than 5 like 7-8z So it is like $1.20 per mini dog which is just ridiculous!Almond crunch was just too hard. After eating it, my jaw was hurting. Probably it was from this morning.Don’t go there. Only reason this place isn’t closed yet because there aren’t that many locations around here. But I am not going there anymore

Terrible customer service made me feel uncomfortable. I started to order my T-Mobile Tuesday order when the clerk tells me that you can’t do that here. Confused I asked what he ment he explained they can pick and choose what they honor.Then tried to offer me a .50 cent off coupon.This was my first experience ever buying a pretzel from this company and it for sure will be my last.
Hard pretzels bad customer service what else can i say besides i would never buy anything from there ever !! Not to mention when i took the hard as a rock pretzel back a young Asian woman was very rude she even suggested I took to long to eat it u told it doesn't matter when I ate it its not good. Dont ever go to this place EVER oh yea put the asian girl in the back from now on she has horrible customer service skills
