Very bad customer service. There were two registers. The woman on the second register kept staring at me and going else where instead of helping me or communicating. The cashier didn’t let me write my name, sign, nor give me a receipt. I only ordered 2 plain fries, ended up waiting for 30min if not more. They were only saying orders in Spanish so I had to guess my order. I saw her hand it to someone else so when I approached her, she denied servicing me, and denied that I ordered at all. I told her my name and how much I spent and that it’s literally two plain fries that’s it! The cook in the back gave her two boxes that “looked like” they were my order to shut me up; the cashier just gave it to me with a dirty look. People came after me and ordered full meals with appetizers and drinks, they got their orders before me. To top it off, the fries had pork in them which is extremely offensive since I am a VISIBLE muslim practicer. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never be setting foot into that place again.

If you only speak English you’ll be treated worse than a Spanish speaking customer. I ordered a shake and an empanada which was already made, the customer after me ordered two shakes and a premade arepa , they instantly made his drinks and gave him the food , then she helped the next customer making their drinks before helping me, and then the next customer orders a tea, and she makes his once again before helping me. At this point I said something and she rinsed out one of the blenders used from the two customers who ordered shakes after me. Lol. The empanada l was cold and very bland and old tasting. Shake wasn’t bad.

How ugly this place has become, the service is terrible, the cashiers walk around with their hair loose as if they were on a catwalk making my juice, the lady with her hair on top of the glasses, how disgusting. The food is excellent, I always order through Uber, but yesterday I wanted to go to the place, but the service is terrible, it makes me feel so sorry because the food is very good 😏👎

Decent, however - once affordable - pricing now match close to others like McDonald's. And no.. It's not "inflation". The price of a single burger on average going from $4.50 to $11.40 is [insert your own word]. Portions have also decreased. With the only option of fries being "papas regular", you'd perhaps imagine the small case you purchase to be a full sized order. It actually comes out to being in between a small to medium amount of French fries when compared to others as well. Most likely this is the reason why most order other specific items such as just meat on a stick. It's more meat than a burger and yet cheaper, ironically but not as underwhelming. Where normally you're expected to spend an average of $15-20 you can safely expect an order to total $25-30 & this is before tax.
Suffice to say, when [if], pricing goes back to what is normal - it'd receive more reasonable attention and attraction as a place to eat. For the time being, it's as unforgiving as other major names in this category, and no - the prices do not reflect the market costs of the actual raw materials/ingredients.
Good service and the girls are very friendly and pretty, the place is highly recommended

The lady’s in the counter is so irresponsible, she was in a FaceTime call and let me waiting for 20 min for 2 juices. And she has a bad attitude as she was doing me a favor. I like the juices there but very bad costumer service.
