These people are incompetent. How hard can it be to work at Burger King? They gave my order to someone else made me wait forever and when they had to remake it they put a long hair in my whopper. I know that was on purpose. Refused to give me my money back.

The employee that served us at the window was very unreasonable and had a rude attitude. I understand that it was late but there isn’t a justification for that treatment. Besides this, the food was quick and was acceptable.

The impossible burger "vegan" is cook on the same grill with regular burgersI ask if the impossible burger "vegan" was cook on the same grill with the regular burgers and Michelle the drive through worker had no idea. She ask a manager and the manager informed Michelle that the impossible burger are made on the same grill with the regular burgers. I ask if this is the only location that does that and Michelle said they all do that. I replied thats not right because I have ordered impossible burger "vegan" several places through NJ, NY, PA and DEL and its called impossible burger "vegan" because people don't get meat.Thus is my experience here on a Saturday night when it wasn't busy I could only imagine what it would be like if it was busy. Michelle fact out lied about the impossible burgers "vegan". I will not be coming here again.

This Burger King staff knows what they are doing, they are pleasant, and they do not argue with patrons. A lot better in every way than the McDonald's on Bergen Blvd ( a mile from this location in Fairview). At that Mcdonald's, you are lucky if your meal is handed to you hot; a disastrous place to go. Burger King ftw
