I just bought a double whopper combo and they only put one patty. The last time I ordered a double whopper through the drive thru and they gave me a small cheeseburger combo. So today I decided to go inside and order to avoid any confusion. They are the worst managed BK in all Hudson county. They forget items all the time. They just don’t pay attention to orders at all. Everyone jokes about how terrible they are as a whole. Going to buy there I always have to prep myself for an experience of complete disbelief on how just asking for BBQ sauce will not be fulfilled.

For a fast food place the employees seem to all get along this is the first burger king I went too where it was very festive for Christmas and I was treated extremely well by staff. Everyone had a smile and this location is VERY CLEAN and organized. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich but i definitely would have ordered more. Sauces if you are nice to the staff they hand them out for free. Very good location here in the North Bergen Area by home depot!

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Ordered thru the app for drive thru, NOBODY was there, only car and store was empty and I literally waited 40 min for 2 meals. After waiting 20 min on the window pick up, they told me I had to back up with my car to the first window because my order was not ready, something that i really cannot understand. Horrible experience.
