This place sucks! They will talk to you and forget how much money you gave them resulting in incorrect change! Notice how your prices change every time you go to this place, this place is dishonorable! Just paid 75 bucks for 2 bacon egg and cheese, 1 BLT and a Phuq'in sausage link with a piece of cheese! Last time I go to these price gauging phuqs again! Dishonorable phuqs! They even got my order wrong, and it's this chicks birthday today too that owns the joint! Happy birthday!

I normally like this place but ever since they hired new people I swear the food quality has went down my “ fresh mozzarella “ tasted like it was sitting out all day. My cold sandwich tasted warm. Bread isn’t crunchy anymore. The girl there has bad customer service skills she was looking for my order when it was right in front of her. Sorry not sorry they aren’t even Italian lol make it make sense?

Rating this one star is giving this place too much credit. I wish I could rate it 0 stars. A friend of mine is always raving about how great the food from here is, and when i was looking for a place to order a turkey from for thanksgiving, she recommended this place. What a complete disappointment. I wasted $110 on a stuffed turkey that looked like it was cooked a few days before thanksgiving, had no flavor, extremely cold, uneatable, and the stuffing looked like dog food. Needless to say, I had to throw out almost the whole turkey because nobody ate it. A total waste of money and I will not be visiting this establishment ever again!

Its ridiculously expensive. I got a ham and cheese sandwich, a snapple and a hazelnut gelato shake that was $29.86
The sandwich was nothing special a regular ham a cheese from a bodega. The prices are ridiculous never again

Everything is so fresh and so nice! The atmosphere is very friendly.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian menu items, all include cheese. But I think they would be open to customizing orders. They're so nice here.

If charged almost 6$ dollars for a coffee at least make sure it is properly sealed and bagged when delivering.. that would be appreciated.. The food is of great quality, and I really enjoy the coffee. However, it makes me uneasy to think that the delivery driver might have taken a sip
Ordered a "Grilled Mushrooms Panini" for delivery. What I imagined I was getting would be sliced grilled mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, and pesto on bread cooked in a panini press. What I got was whole canned mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, and pesto on a pita cooked in a panini press. There was so much liquid in the foil that the bread was quite soggy. It had leaked out into the paper bag to the point where the bag was disintegrating. Definitely crossing this place off our list.

Service very iffy. Depends on who is waiting on the customers. Not impressed.

So long since I’ve been here, glad they haven’t missed a beat.

Small family run and absolutely out of this world. Fresh ingredients, quick service, and good prices. Their sandwiches are flavorful and delicious, highly recommend if you’re in the area or make the trip to visit, 1 of 1.

I went there for lunch I was told it was a really great food deli . I wanted to order a sandwich to try it out . To hopefully cater 2 weddings coming up . But unfortunately I have to say . The service is lousy . I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Only 2 other people in store then I asked the spaced out looking girl by the register can someone take my order she said sure what would you like . I told her . Then another 10 minutes later my sandwich still wasn’t being prepared . There were like 6 people behind the counter running around like chickens without heads . Then another 10 minutes later the girl behind counter said did you get your sandwich I said no . Then she wanted to charge me .and I said you want to charge me did anyone even start making my sandwich . She replied it take time to make a sandwich . Needless to say I just walked out . Wasted 1/2 hour of my lunch break for nothing . But I won’t ever go back . I’m glad I won’t be using them to cater any of my events . Very unorganized place .
Best sandwiches ever!!
