The eggplant parm has a meaty texture of eggplant, a rich savory taste of Parmesan cheese, tangy and slightly sweet taste of tomato sauce. All that makes it the perfect dish. It was a good portion and came with bread. Cuomo and Sons in New York is an incredible store with the best snacks and outstanding customer service. Their fresh mozzarella and sandwiches are simply amazing, and the staff treats everyone like family. A must-visit for anyone who loves great food and a warm atmosphere!
