The worst Duncan ever the donuts are stale I ordered a bagel twist they put the butter on the side bagel twisters burnt looks old the bathroom is disgusting you can never find a straw I will never come back here I'm scared to eat should be a health hazard. 🤮

The worst tase of coffee. It doesn’t even taste coffee anymore lately, it looks more watery. Even I told the stuff that the coffee is very light and it doesn’t taste or smell coffee anymore. Unfortunately this place used to have the best coffee ever now I ordered my morning coffee and I regretted.

Listen to me dont bother coming here your better of going to the guttenburg dunkin this dunkin HAS WORKERS THAT ARENT TRAINED PROPERLY AND THEY DONT know how to make the drinks the way the drinks are supposed to be made . The lattes always come out bad so your paying high prices and getting coffee that's substandard. Trust me when I tell you its hit or miss with this place .

Asked for a cold brew with sweet cold foam. Black. They said they got it. But when I received it I noticed there was alot of foam and the drink was not black. Ontop of that, the foam looked like it was old. It started to cluster like marshmallows/curd. I've gotten this drink over 100 times, and it was never this light. It must've been an iced coffee. I had already pulled out and on the highway. That is why I didn't go back.

Inconsistency is their practice, disregard ordinary curb-side from the app, they're not going to bring your order out.
If you wanted a bagel toasted, you'll have better odds hiting slots at a casino. Bagels are barelly toasted, you can't request how toasted. It's either your bagel is in a toaster for few seconds or not at all. Anything that requires heat to cook, will likely be undercooked like their hash browns.
sometimes, their bread or pastr items are stale amd that includes bagels. Coffee orders go from 0-100 and to back. It tastes water down most often enough.
They're service is slow, and employees radiate stale, bitter, and annoyed attitude. While some days, I'd give the place 4/5 But inconsistency has finally reached its toll after another uncooked bagel reached my lap.

Be aware of the short lady behind the counter. Went in today and she stiffed me on my two dollars and change. She thought she got away with it. Handed her a five dollar bill for a double espresso shot and was given no change. She thought she had me because I received a phone call but shame on her.

We put in an online order for curbside pick up. We aited for 20 minutes and no one came out. We went inside to find our order waiting on the pick up spot. All the girl said was "sorry". Both hot coffee and me hit latte were cold!!!
