I've had repeated issues with my orders at this Dunkin' location. Most recently, I ordered oat milk in my drink but was given almond milk instead. I saw the barista use the wrong milk, and when I asked, he denied it, even though the receipt confirmed the mistake. This is the second time this particular barista has messed up my order. He’s a heavyset man who works the counter.

Working hours change every day. We went at 09:57 pm and told us that the cash register was closed. The female employee always behaves this way. The closing time is different on the map when we go there, very bad service

Love going their during the weekend always polite staff try make you laugh. The only bad thing is that the donuts look dirty and the bathroom is rarely clean. Their green tea is not the best always different when getting a strawberry refresher.
Think the owners are allergic to money. Nothing is ever stocked up. You’re very likely to leave with an off tasting drink and 0 donuts in hand.

Worst DD ever! 3 weekend in a row we visit this DD and they tell us NO hot food is available, how is that possible? Last week one of the kids with curly hair said no frozen drinks! They stand behind the register smirking while letting you know. They said the owner is aware which I highly doubt. It's a complete waste of time visiting this DD, just go to WAWA down the block! I wish they had no stars available to give!
