The worst coffee experience!!! I ordered a latte with 2 syrups and it was little bored for me so I asked the guy if he can add one more syrup he suddenly pumped the syrup a lot of time it was unbeatably sweet so asked the other guy to add more milk she put more milk a lot I was kind of upset because it was not coffee at all and the attitudes of the staff ! They have no idea what they are doing I really want to ask to refund because of the reasons what a wasting of money and time If you make coffee there you should know better I am still upset I am not visiting your coffee shop ever

Terrible customer service, I was there waiting and the lady took care of the people behind and when I told her in was first she rolled her eyes and said what do you want
The staff gives the customer options neither to order a simple empty glass to share a coffee with the fimia nor the option to buy an extra glass. They say that the owner does not allow it, which is why many places close due to poor service.

I'm so upset with this Dunkin donuts they mess up my order. I asked for a marshmallows s'more coffee with the crumble cookie ontop they didn't even add the cookies girls very nasty if you gana charged me what you charge for the coffee it better look like the one in the picture or how i order .. I'm so upset.. I had to tell the girl i order my cookies top and her answer was really lady it's just cookies . Gosh nasty cold foam what they put on my coffee... Smh up I'm so upset
