I go there often and I have to admit the food quality is great! Being of Cuban descent myself I particularly enjoy and like the food taste there. .....and not forgetting a key element.....the service, the attention and the treatment by the staff is very pleasant and happy! I recommend it to anyone looking to snack or eat in a great clean place with excellent food and excellent service. Of course, I continue to go and enjoy the food and the service!

The coffee is good. The croquettas are exceptional. 👌🏻 The empanadas and papa rellena are decent. Pricing has gone up lately it seems, to an excessive point - at least with the coffee.

I came at 6AM after pulling an all nighter and all I was craving was some sweet bread. I had originally went to the store next door but was turned away because the other store only accepts cash. I was so happy that Felix was opened and that they accept all type of payment methods. I got my sweet bread, and some other goods which I was delighted to try as it smelled great and it taste just as good.
The women working behind the counter was also so welcoming and kept recommending me sweets. Coming here really made my day after a long night.

After waiting on line for over 10mins for the 3 employees to dispatch the 3 customers in front of me I asked for my order (placed over the phone)by name and was quickly asked for a receipt/order number...then was promptly jumped over to the Next customer while I looked for an order number they never gave me over the phone. Then they couldn't find the order &asked me what my order was 3X before they found it and gave it to me. Then asked if I had a bag for the bread.... SMH a bag would cost me another .25 cents. This is America not Cuba. What happened to the cost of doing business and covering ALL your expenses in the pricing of the items including a BAG. Won't be coming back here for a loooooong time. There are many Cuban bakery's in this area to be dealing with this petty nonsense. Happy Thanksgiving!
