Very dissappointed in the service. Ordered a pizza for delivery. They said an hr., but it finally arrived more than 2 hrs later. They kept saying it was on the way when I called, when clearly it wasn't. They also charged us full price, when it would have been good business to give it to us for free. I'm hoping this was an isolated incident, but feel they should have been more apologetic and accomodating.

Their food is awesome, but when I order the owner sometimes doesn’t understand nor has patience for me to explain what I want to order or give specific delivery details.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian escarole soup is served with meat tortellini … I especially said I wanted spinach or cheese tortellini !!!!
