For My first Time Ever visiting A Jersey Mike’s Subs Wasn’t Disappointed at all . Drove all the way From the Bronx . Although They were understaffed CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A 10 Shoutout to both employees working that Saturday Night , Especially the cute one that took my order 😂 . Might’ve been an overwhelming circumstance For them with all Demanding orders But they’ve Managed it well . will most definitely be visiting again . overall a 10 out of 10 :) .

I don't get to the actual store often because we're always getting it delivered, but when we do go it's always the same. The service is excellent and the employees are on point. The manager Brent has "The Only" demeanor, it can't be beat.... he's awesome!! Good team, great leader👌🏾

Hands down the best Jersey Mike’s around The staff is super friendly, service is fast, and the subs are always fresh and packed with flavor. You can taste the quality in every bite. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving a great sandwich!

It was a very busy time when I came in to shop. Both Jordan and Kelvin were the only ones staffed but they took down orders well. They were polite and worked and hustled to get orders done properly. They both are solid workers and will return back due to there nature of going above and beyond. They were not flustered and still provided great customer service.

My family & I love Jersey Mike’s but this will definitely be our new go to location. The customer service here was IMMACULATE! Chris and the older gentleman (completely forgot to get his name but I believe he was a manager/supervisor) were absolutely amazing! You can tell they truly value customer interactions. Out of curiosity, I asked Chris what his personal sandwich order is. He made it for me & I was not disappointed! The older gentleman also comped our canned drinks since we were trying them for the first time, which he obviously didn’t have to do! Thanks again for the top tier customer service & we’ll definitely be back again for the Chris Special!!

The customer service was a disaster when I placed an order and the boy who served me with a long-haired goldie with no desire to work made a mistake in the order and when he placed the order I ordered a meat sandwich he left the meat super raw and with bad I don't know how in such a clean place they can have such unpleasant people with no desire to work.

I was at this location today and had the worst experience. One of the employees was very rude to me just because I asked for my order in Spanish because I heard her speaking Spanish to other customers then when I was talking to another employee I spoke to him in English because I didn't know if he also spoke Spanish. The employee proceeded to tell her coworker in front of me that why did I speak Spanish to her and English to him that that's crazy. I proceeded to ignore her while she continued talking about me. Very bad service I will not return to this location.
