Jersey Mike's Subs

My family & I love Jersey Mike’s but this will definitely be our new go to location. The customer service here was IMMACULATE! Chris and the older gentleman (completely forgot to get his name but I believe he was a manager/supervisor) were absolutely amazing! You can tell they truly value customer interactions. Out of curiosity, I asked Chris what his personal sandwich order is. He made it for me & I was not disappointed! The older gentleman also comped our canned drinks since we were trying them for the first time, which he obviously didn’t have to do! Thanks again for the top tier customer service & we’ll definitely be back again for the Chris Special!!

The customer service was a disaster when I placed an order and the boy who served me with a long-haired goldie with no desire to work made a mistake in the order and when he placed the order I ordered a meat sandwich he left the meat super raw and with bad I don't know how in such a clean place they can have such unpleasant people with no desire to work.

Scarlett is awesome, always welcomes me with a smile and great personality. And also knows the sandwiches which I always get. I told her I always come here for the great sandwiches....

I was at this location today and had the worst experience. One of the employees was very rude to me just because I asked for my order in Spanish because I heard her speaking Spanish to other customers then when I was talking to another employee I spoke to him in English because I didn't know if he also spoke Spanish. The employee proceeded to tell her coworker in front of me that why did I speak Spanish to her and English to him that that's crazy. I proceeded to ignore her while she continued talking about me. Very bad service I will not return to this location.

I had such an amazing experience today at Jersey Mikes today. Excellent customer service. Rickey and Hernan were very nice and friendly. I live in the Bronx, because of their excellent customer service I will always eat Jersey Mike’s subs.

Scarlett was amazing. She made my Jersey Mike experience memorable in North Bergen. Although Jersey Mike didn’t have pastrami, honey turkey or pepper jack cheese, I still wanted to purchase a sandwich based off her positive interaction and how she was able to give me different options. She’s amazing. End result: I felt satisfied with my giant sub and I’m extremely grateful.

The customer service was exceptional. They replaced my order with no hassle, which was very nice. The staff made me feel welcome and didn't make a big deal about anything. They didn't complain about putting in another order and didn't charge me extra. I want to give special recognition to Brad, who I believe is the store manager. He provided amazing customer service and deserves a 5-star review.

This place is the worst Jersey Mike’s out. I have ordered several times and every time it’s an issue. So bad I had to login to make this review. They are always late. How it takes 45 minutes on Tuesday afternoon to make 2 cold sandwiches is amazing. But to screw up the order on two cold sandwiches is insane. If you can just order from Edgewater. It will be quicker and you will actually get what you paid for. Recap hour and half for 2 sandwiches to go 2 miles and they weren’t edible because they switched our toppings. $45 wasted dollars. I am lying the brownie came as expected.

This store was the cleanest I've seen! There is ample parking, ample seating, a great selection of chips. There were multiple containers of that spicy relish stuff for sale, I love that stuff. My order was made expeditiously and the bread was fresh, the manager inside was very pleasant, I believe his name was Brent, and he was very engaging the entire time I was in the store.

This is by far the worse Jersey Mike’s I have been to. Customer service was terrible, don’t have the bread you want, when I visited it was 1:20PM. How can you not have bread? Lack of management. Small place, just terrible. We had to leave with a sandwich that was not in our liking.
