Not so good service

This place used to be great have gone down they always clean the soft serve ice cream machines early and when you order form regular ice cream Today they are all pretty much melted who wants melted ice cream not good . They still only accept cash no credit cards but they still put an ATM in location . Owner needs to step up lots of competition now …

Disappointed. A client for more than 20 years as a former North Bergen resident. (Bruins) The ice cream taste has changed so much throughout the course of the years, The ice cream tastes like whole fat milk with whipped cream. It’s too greasy. The essence of it’s flavor from every different flavor ice cream at the shop has lost its unique taste, perhaps it’s the different personnel every summer season. But, as of current the personnel are great. Plus, the cost of a small cup it’s $4.79 with 2 scoops of ice cream it’s $9.79. Absolute horrendous. Prices has increased outrageously.

The taste is worst.

This ice cream place has been my favorite of all times, I always get strawberry ice cream with caramel on top and I always enjoyed it, today I went with my daughter and it tasted like water and they barely put caramel. Very disappointed

I've been going to this place for 10 years but this year it's the worst because there's a glass of almost $5 dollars and the flavor isn't even halfway there, it seems like they mixed the ice cream with water, it's nothing like it was before, I won't be back again.

You're not going to believe this....Ordered a chocolate soft serve ice cream with sprinkles. The ice cream was soooo sour. We told the counter person that it was sour and they replied.... Hmmmm probably because they haven't come by to clean the machine in a while. It's not scheduled till next week. What?!?!? When was the last time it was cleaned??Order soft serve at your own risk.Disappointed and disgusted.Went up to the girl and suggested they stop selling it. Someone may get sick from it.Communicated in Spanish.No language barrier here.

One of the weirdest Ice cream experiences. While the ice cream itself (we got the Oreo and coffee crunch) was tasty, when we asked to try a second ice cream flavor, we were told we could only try one flavor, very suspiciously as if we were teenagers attempting to try 10 flavors and buy nothing. The customer service was terrible, as if she was doing us a favor by doing her job. Also quite expensive, all things considered. Not sure what the issue is, but treat your customers warmly and they will return. Ice cream was good but not good enough to go through this bizarre and rude experience again.

Can't pay with card, very inconvenient, waste of my time and money. Now this says Food trucks accepting cards and this is a cash only place, unbelievable!
