I try to use a gift card, they will never accepted call gift card number they told me is active try another locations haha.. after I eat my pizza haha
I called for two Chiken Alfredo pastas and they asked me to come back for the other one because they only put one and I also told the stupid operator that each one should have sticks. They only placed one order when there were 2 abusers and bad service. I don't recommend this place, it doesn't work.

I will be writing to corporate. After receiving raw chicken "the manager" disagreed, saying it was impossible, then she said she believed me after I said I'll take it to the store so they could see. My son swallowed partial of the boneless wing. I'm worried he will get salmonella. Aside from that, my order was wrong. $65 + 5 dollar tip for poor quality food, no thank you. This location is poorly managed.
I tried to order one pizza tray for delivery to the hotel where I was staying in New Jersey, 5 minutes away from the branch; when the representative at the branch heard that it was a delivery, he immediately hung up the phone. A pizza tray for me At first the representative at Pizza Hut hung up to take out the phone she was in the market .. after another call she called the branch. He answered her and told her unreasonable prices like 23 dollars per tray and another 5 dollars for delivery when sitting in the branch the same tray costs 12 dollars. When the front desk at the hotel wanted to make an order for me, the representative at Pizza Hut hung up on her. The branch in Union City, New Jersey is simply shocking

Best Pizza Hut i have ever seen. First time i came in i found toilet paper in the upper cabinet's reception and tape was covering electrical outlets. The cashier was the best, he was concentrate watching the football game ignoring even his collegues. The delivery guys sleeping on the benches with their motorcycles outside with undelivered food getting cold and wet from the rain was the cherry on top. But the pizza was good (i am Italian) so i came back even the following days. 4 stars for you great place.
Never got my order after waiting 2 hours. Store kept telling me it was already delivered which was a fabrication. After calling over and over a woman said the driver was lost, confirmed my address was correct, she then said he was downstairs. Went downstairs and waited 10 mins outside for nothing. Order was expensive enough. No one should be lied to and then have to stay hungry. Never ordering again.

It's not just this Pizza Hut. It just doesn't seem that great anymore. Been struggling to find a good Pizza Hut pan pizza made well with the classic crust and flavor. I'll keep trying, but I must say, never get the spicy marina sauce on your pizza unless you're making some sort of chicken and ranch pizza. Tastes like too much tabasco mixed with marinara. Had to add honey to even out the flavor, it was so sour. Besides that the pizza was prepared well except the crust was off to the point it didn't seem very pan.
