Very good option for desserts and some other baked goods. The prices are high for the quantity and ingredients.... But people are used to paying for a treat like what is sold here. Monday is beautiful, fresh, clean and welcoming. The attention is good! They should just review the prices and lower them a little and maybe then they will have many more customers and earn more from volume sales than from one-to-one sales.

5⭐ -> 3⭐Seems like they downsized their acai bowl portions ? or at the very least the cylinder shaped container allows for less toppings compared to the previous bowl shaped container. The acai itself doesn't taste as good as it used to either.
This place has very good acai bowls, especially the Peanur butter one, and their costaditos and espressos are exquisite!! Good atmosphere!

I love this place, if you want a place to relax this is the best place, everything es fresh and healthy, the coffee is super good in consistency and flavor, the sandwiches are soft and crispy at the same time, the service is 100/10 super good, the girls are super nice and friendly, always smiling ☺️ and with the best attitude.
The substandard customer service I experienced upon arrival, coupled with the exorbitant and increasing prices of the poorly served food, is unacceptable and does not align with the expected standards of the food industry. The staff appeared more interested in giving attitude, rather than delivering quality customer service, which is concerning. The replacement food substitute was charged at a high price, and the portion of food served was inadequate, particularly given the exorbitant cost of the meal. It is unclear which was worse, the meal or the customer service provided. The food industry should not have to sacrifice quality to maintain high prices and poor customer service. I urge a reassessment of the current mission and values, along with a review of employee standards and training.
The bowls have gone down in quality and they are charging more for less of it. I don’t recommend getting açaí bowls or pitaya because they don’t taste good anymore.

I love this place… but I noticed that they have become super skimpy on the sandwiches. Two slices deli meat for an entire sandwich ? I ordered the avocado toast and barely any avocado.. the food is delicious just super skimpy and at almost $11 a sandwich I expect more. I also wish they had bigger size cup for the coffee. I ordered an ice coffee and it’s all ice and in 3 sips 1/2 my cup is gone. I’m not joking I struggle to place my straw in the cup cause it had sooooo much ice. Come on shakys!!

Worst place to buy acai they are very stingy with the amount of fruit. They put the nutella on the side with no fruits under it which is crazy considering the amount of money. I ordered the the island bowl it came with no mango and very little pieces of pineapple
