So I started to order & the guy started talking super fast and rushing me. I asked for mozarella sticks we don't ok so can I get the poppers we don't have I said ok umm Is there anything else you don't have before I ask for more He went on and on I don't have a list of things ok but as we go I cAn tell you if we have it . I said ok do you have he cut me off I just told you I can't tell you what we don't hAve. I said I'm trying to order and if u stop talking over me you would know! Anyway I ordered 2 small slushes got charged for Mediums and given smalls. They forgot my daughters apple sauce. Gave us a pretzel by mistake after i touched it he insisted they still need it back. And gave no forks so I ate my chili tots with my fIngers. Worst Sonic I ever been too!!!!!!!!!

Literally the worst Sonic in the state. Maybe even the country. Not a single positive about this location, and it all stems from the service. Anyone can flip a burger, but these guys/gals are horrendous on both the production and customer service side of things. I’m sitting in the lot right now and I’m about drive out. I’ve waited in a stall to be able to order for 20 minutes. There are 5 stalls including mine and I’ve waited 20 minutes to even be able to order? Every time it’s something with this location. They don’t deserve your money. Hit them where it hurts. With your wallet. There are way too many places to spend your money on to be supporting the bs these guys are pulling. Pathetic honestly.

If I can give zero stars I would. 7pm on a Friday and no one was working the drive thru. We had to pull up to the main drive thru window and an employee looked me dead in the face and walked away. I honked until someone came to the window and we asked WTF was going on... he said whoops... well, do you want to order? All to get a milkshake for my Autistic brother. One milkshake took 15 min sitting at the window. No other customers around and now we know why....

Not the friendliest bunch of people working there. Don't even recognize their own promotional ads or emails. When they see a promotion, it feels like they're pulling out their teeth with a pair of pliers. The foods ok though

No matter what you order they will mess it up Everytime guaranteed. I have been here multiple times and everytime I order anything, if I ask for no onions they add onions if I ask for extra ketchup they forget the ketchup . Customer service is severely lacking. Manager should fire everyone and start over!

Very different from anything in the tristate, food is always worth the wait; though if you prefer grilled Frank's don't buy them here. Everything else (especially the tots) are amazing! Love the endless possibilities for drinks and shakes!

I love Sonics so much. Have been there for the first time because in Germany we don’t have a single Sonics. The staff is so nice and I really love the food. Especially the Burgers and Slush.
