The dry goat recommended, the flag too but the highly seasoned fish encebollado I would say a color not to the regular Ecuadorian encebollado I think that a lot of Peruvian chili they give the encebollado a 3 from 1 to 10 and I give the dry goat a 10 and the flag an 8.
I need to correct a petty review I left a couple years ago here about the pricing. In the long run it was maybe a little ill considered. I moved to the area in 2019 and somehow found Rose's and fell in love with their sandwiches. The Mortadella Lovers and especially The Godfather. I've never eaten more delicious Italian subs. I ordered a flag and an onion, the super rich bandera (recommended) I give it a 10 but the onion was not very good, it had an unpleasant color... I think they put a lot of Peruvian chili in the onion, I give it a 2.
