Bad experience for the staff who serve, they are arrogant, they have no way of treating customers.

The employees a lot of the time are rude and unprofessional which really stinks for the very FEW good ones. They close before they are suppose to, website says 9, they close at 8. They don’t pay attention and cross contaminate dairy with non dairy. When they stack cups (cause you’re getting 2 of the same drink) one gets made correct, the other is a hit or miss. I have had a stomach ache all day because they stacked my cups and gave me regular milk and no chai or gingerbread on one of the drinks. I’m lactose intolerant and vegan hence why I asked for oat milk and 2 of the same exact drinks. I thought I was making it easier for them SMH

One of the best Starbucks in town. Love the ambient and delivered service. I recommend a triple cappuccino with a pump of cinnamon dolce and a chocolate croissant or traditional.
Of all the stores I have been to, the best Caramel Ribbon Crunch they have prepared for me. The excellent young man!!!

Maybe if the “4” yes the FOUR Starbucks employees spent less time talking to each-other vs focusing on their customers they would have gotten a better review. I was 4th in line with everyone ordering 1-2 (not complex) items in front of me and it took 20+ minutes for them to even get to us. 11/12/23 - 2:05pm EST.
