This Starbucks was phenomenal. I went here with my mom and the location was extremely clean. The service was excellent. And Geo, the manager, delivered excellent customer service. I would highly recommend people to visit this Starbucks on a regular because I know I will.

This is possibly the worst Starbucks on the planet. They can’t make a matcha right after 8 months of the same order via uber eats or door dash, then when I call them they say oh call corporate and have it redelivered to you for free. GUESS WHAT?! Corporate DOESNT DO THAT!! I have been told that on many many occasions by several team members so idk who is training them but they need to get it together. Corporate then informed me that they could not refund my order because it was not placed through my mobile app. I DONT DRIVE SO WHY WOULD I PLACE MY ORDER ON AN APP THAT DOESNT DELIVER!!! I obviously ordered on a delivery site. So who is responsible now? Nobody? They don’t make drinks with passion or consideration as Starbucks is known for. I think this location needs to be shut down immediately. Starbucks, please know that you have lost me as a customer forever. Your service sucks you’re overpriced and drinks are just milk and sugar. DUNKIN IM COMING HOMEEE

Drive thru is super slow. Takes forever to take the order. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always the same. No improvement.

I’d like to give a big shoutout to Andrew & Danny at the Starbucks in New Jersey! I’m visiting from Canada and went through the drive-through and they both provided excellent customer service. Their positive attitude and professionalism, especially for their age, really stood out and made my experience memorable! 💯👋🏻

Absolutely terrible experience at this location (Store #19703). Every time I come here, there’s an issue rude, condescending baristas who clearly need retraining. I ordered a grande oat milk coffee with a shot of espresso, light ice, and was told “less ice means less coffee and more milk.” Completely absurd and flat out wrong. When I asked them to simply add a little more coffee which is basic logic since I’m asking for less ice. I was met with attitude and told I’d have to pay extra.

They remade the drink anyway, wasting product, but still insisted on charging me more. I had to park, go inside, and deal with unnecessary back-and-forth over something that should’ve been handled politely and professionally the first time. A splash of coffee would’ve avoided this stupid altercation. This barista acted as if it was coming out of his pockets.

This is the second time I’ve had issues here, and it’s always the same rude, dismissive staff who act like they’re doing you a favor by taking your order. Starbucks should be embarrassed by the lack of customer service at this location.

I’m obsessed with the sugar free vanilla protein latte and the healthier food options so I come to Starbucks often but this specific location has the most rude, lazy, and incompetent employees. I stood at the register with no one waiting in line for quite a few minutes without any of the employees acknowledging me and when someone finally did he had a nasty attitude when speaking to me. Will not come back to this location which is annoying since it’s right next to my home

I placed an order through the Starbucks app for pickup and arrived at the Starbucks location via drive through to pickup my order. I passed the intercom and drove directly to the service window. As soon as I pulled up, the gentleman working the window, without greeting me, said “you can’t just pull up to the window you need to speak in the intercom so we can be ready for you because we’re alittle backed up.”. There was no one inside the shop, and there were two other employees in the background chatting together, not looking like they were doing anything. I said “umm ok I can wait for it”, he then replied “you might have to drive back around if we don’t have it but what’s your name?” I told him my name Angela, and he stepped away and brought me my order and gave me an attitude as he was handing it over. He appeared to be frustrated and frazzled that I did not stop at the intercom and announce my arrival, even though there was no one in line ordering. This is not the first time I’ve been treated poorly at this location.

Drive through can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 30minutes. Im writing this after while waiting for 20 minutes already and I still haven't made it close enough to give my order

Didn’t have change for a hundred. Wasn’t able to get a coffee. All business and service should be able to take any currency. So inconvenient!! Starbucks is post have best service and coffee?!!! I don’t think so. No coffee or service. Really bad!! Horrible.

I received very bad service from a dark-skinned girl on Thursday, December 5th in the afternoon. The girl took about three minutes to heat up a banana bread where there was no one she had to serve, only me, and she didn't care.

Imagine your first sip of coffee while DRIVING and you spit out a dead FLY. I genuinely dont even know what to do because a free remake of my coffee is not enough, i genuinely cannot go back to that starbucks because that just shows theyre nasty the HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO CHECK
