I loved coming here because the drinks are made exactly how i order them. But lately, most of the employees are either apathetic, passive-aggressive or unapproachable which makes it hard to come back. Unfortunately, I had someone today who did just that. This really needs to change.

I got to Starbucks ay least once a day sometimes twice. I stopped at?this location because my Iced tea was not correct from previous order. I went inside to place my order and after waitingI asked when would my order be ready because customers that came in after me, (they did not have mobile orders) were getting their orders. The 1 employee short guy not the one with curly hair and not the taller one. Was very rude and nasty.
I was nit the only customer he was rude too. I use the Tesla charging station and figured I patron the location for a proper tea. That was my mistake. Though it would be the proper thing to do.

Lastly, Uber drivers charge at these stations often and you would think as business owners and a company you would want to capture all revenue.

Times are hard and people dont want to spend their money in places where people seem not to want it.

I placed a mobile order for drive-through pickup on Sunday afternoon around 3:40 PM. I was already having a really bad day and decided to treat myself to a simple iced latte, not expecting to be greeted the way I was. When I first arrived at the drive-through, I was greeted by a very unprofessional employee who told me to pull around because my drink wasn’t ready yet. That was completely fine—I wasn’t in a rush and didn’t mind at all.

I followed his instructions and went around again. When I came back, my drink was clearly ready and sitting right in front of him. Instead of simply handing it to me or calmly explaining the process, he aggressively told me that next time I needed to stop at the screen and that I “shouldn’t have just pulled up.” and that” I didn't tell you to come straight here “ The tone was hostile and unnecessary, especially since I was only doing exactly what I had been instructed to do.

There was absolutely no reason for the hostility. A simple, respectful explanation would have been more than sufficient, but instead I was spoken to rudely and made to feel uncomfortable for no reason. This interaction completely defeated the purpose of what was supposed to be a quick and pleasant stop.

I am only reporting this because this is the second time this has happened, and it was by the same individual. During a previous visit, I asked for an extra cup because my young daughter was in the car and I planned on sharing my drink with her. I had accidentally forgotten to ask at the speaker, and when I asked at the window, I was once again met with an aggressive tone and told that I should have asked at the speaker because they were busy. At no point was I treated with patience or respect.

I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 20 years, and I have never experienced this level of disrespect from an employee. This individual consistently displays a lack of patience, poor communication skills, and an inability to handle customer interactions appropriately. He appears more focused on being “right” than on providing basic customer service, even when the situation could easily be resolved.

Whoever is responsible for managing this location needs to take immediate action. This employee should not be interacting with customers if he cannot do so in a respectful and professional manner. Behavior like this reflects poorly on the Starbucks brand and should not be tolerated. I have reported this corporate and I really hope that they do something about this employee

The Starbucks in North Bergen consistently offers good coffee and a pleasant atmosphere in which to relax or work. The store is clean, and the menu options are varied. The staff is polite, though delays may occur during peak hours. The prices are a bit high, but it's a reliable choice overall.

Went through the drive through on Tuesday morning, bought a frappacino, they handed it to me and I put it in my center console. When I drove away and went to pick it up the lid was not on properly and the whole thing ended up on my and all over my console and floor of my car. After cleaning it, I went back and ordered a other one, and I then explained what happened and showed the guy my clothes which were stained and covered in coffee, his response was casually, of the lids they give us dont fit properly, and he proceeded to charge me for the new one. I said sir, I didn't drink the first 1, im wearing it, he said its not his fault, I said its not mine either, no one warned me that the lid didn't fit and I should be careful. I paid for the drink and left. I will not be going to Starbucks ever again. That's the way they treat their customers, I'll stick to Dunkin. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Something told me this random Starbucks was going to be a disappointment. This place has VERY weird vibes. It’s almost as if they don’t want customers. First there is a sign saying there is no indoor ordering. But then the mobile app is turned off for this location as well. Then going through the drive-thru the first thing the woman tell me is “it will be a 15 minute wait.” How? There were literally no customers. There’s no mobile ordering or indoor ordering so there’s no way you’re swamped with orders. So why would it take 15 min to make a simple latte? This place has a creepy unwelcoming energy. I ended up driving off and never ordered and never will. My money will be spent at welcoming places with good energy. Not this weird place.
