Terrible. I ordered through uber eats a drink and they did not contact me saying they don’t have it. Instead the driver came to my house with an empty bag!

Every time I went to this store always “run out” of matcha. It’s been 5 times and always said the same thing. At this point I feel like they just been lazy.

Went through the drive through on Tuesday morning, bought a frappacino, they handed it to me and I put it in my center console. When I drove away and went to pick it up the lid was not on properly and the whole thing ended up on my and all over my console and floor of my car. After cleaning it, I went back and ordered a other one, and I then explained what happened and showed the guy my clothes which were stained and covered in coffee, his response was casually, of the lids they give us dont fit properly, and he proceeded to charge me for the new one. I said sir, I didn't drink the first 1, im wearing it, he said its not his fault, I said its not mine either, no one warned me that the lid didn't fit and I should be careful. I paid for the drink and left. I will not be going to Starbucks ever again. That's the way they treat their customers, I'll stick to Dunkin. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Something told me this random Starbucks was going to be a disappointment. This place has VERY weird vibes. It’s almost as if they don’t want customers. First there is a sign saying there is no indoor ordering. But then the mobile app is turned off for this location as well. Then going through the drive-thru the first thing the woman tell me is “it will be a 15 minute wait.” How? There were literally no customers. There’s no mobile ordering or indoor ordering so there’s no way you’re swamped with orders. So why would it take 15 min to make a simple latte? This place has a creepy unwelcoming energy. I ended up driving off and never ordered and never will. My money will be spent at welcoming places with good energy. Not this weird place.

Maybe one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The cashier with curly hair at the register is definitely not one of the friendliest cashiers I’ve ever met. I felt an attitude from the moment I walked in on July 8th. The taller barista was great, though.

For the amount of money one spends, minimum customer service would be ideal.

I always go to Starbucks. I love the service from Carlos, Junior, and Jocelyn, I think the young woman's name is. She always serves me well. Carlos is excellent, and Junior is equally attentive and very friendly. Excellent service from that young man. I love going to that Starbucks. Excellent service from Carlos, Junior, and Jocelyn.

Very disappointed in this location bought a simple black coffee, I drank it outside because there is no inside seating,I finished and was like “o let me get refil”.When I went inside I asked Kathrine who said she is the manager for a refill, to my surprise,she said “the beverage had to be drank inside( which is impossible since there is no indoor seating ) and had to be in a to stay cup” which I never heard from all the locations I’ve been to.This was very surprising. I guess this is the only Starbucks with special specific criteria to have a 3 dollar refill. So instead of arguing just paid for another 3 dollar black coffee. Just a heads up if you want to get refill here you have to follow special guidelines make sure you get a to stay cup and make sure you are standing inside .

This star buck is extremely slow im sorry but to have a line of cars on the drive thru waiting for more then 5mins is beyond me i ordered my drink on the app and it said 3-6 min it would be done & to have to wait 15min more on top when i got to the window still waited another 5mins is crazy im sorry but also it seems every time i come theres these 2 workers a caramel complexion female could be African American or Spanish but her & this guy there are when they are there seems that my drink is always wrong and the drive thru lane is always jammed packed in the wait line idk but starbucks need to do better
