I always go to Starbucks. I love the service from Carlos, Junior, and Jocelyn, I think the young woman's name is. She always serves me well. I had a wonderful experience at the Starbucks at 2819 John F. Kennedy Blvd, North Bergen, NJ. As I was sitting outside, a barista who was just getting off shift noticed that it was a bit chilly and asked if I was cold. Without me even asking, he went back inside to have the overhead heaters turned on for me. This was such a thoughtful gesture and showed a level of care that went beyond just doing the job.
