I ordered a footlong spicy nacho chicken for pickup. I ordered extra green pepper and onion but I didn't get any. No cheese either.

Why did you send the discount coupon ? You do not accept the coupon!!! wasting time and scam customers!!

Update: My apologies on previous mixup mistaking Monster footlong had ham instead of steak. Got confused with cold cut, as none looked like "Monster".

In short, I ordered 2 monster footlongs with multiple toppings and sauce & 2 cold cut footlongs with various toppings as well. I can look past ~30 min wait during empty, non-rush hour.
But each footlong was skimped so bad that they tasted like cardboard. No green onion, lettuce, parmesan, etcetc. I received email saying monster isnt supposed to have toppings other than steak, but that is only your location. Why accept higher price for Monster then? No worries at all- will not be coming there anyway. Just doing due dilligence for other customers' sake. Y'all, plenty of other hardworking Subway franchises out there. Don't waste your hard earned money.
