Terrible service. I waited 25 minutes for a small order. They have like 2 people working which is why they take so long. Avoid going and pick somewhere else if you don’t want to wait.

I honestly don’t know how this location has ANY 5 star reviews. I frequent this Taco Bell at least once a week and not once have I ever had this 5 - star experience that these other accounts are claiming. The service is always mediocre at best. The food portions are fine but the proportions are never right. Super unprofessional overall how they operate. Multiple times I’ve come during regular operating hours and the parking lot lights are off, or sign is off, or no one at the drive through. At this point I only spend my money here because it’s the closest TB to me, but I think after today I’ve reached my limit.

Every now and then I crave Taco Bell. I recommend going to the location up on Kennedy Blvd instead of this one. I often end up with cold food and stale shells at this location. Yuck.

Wait for my food today more than 40 minutes. I only saw that people came in and out more they didn't give me my order until I demanded that they return my money I will never return neither my family nor I.

Jennylix store manager has the worst attitude ever. First she tells you to order from the screen than when the order is not what was expected instead of hearing you out she escalates things with her attitude. Couldn’t eat food which eventually she threw out. Would not recommend bad service.

The horrible server Jennilex F has a horrible attitude for no reason. Even the other employees are embarrassed by her. It was my first time ever at Taco Bell, a nice employee was explaining the menu options when she interrupts just to give me attitude on Sept 11th! And with no one on any line or pick up!
