We walked in with high expectations given the past reviews. Unfortunately we were disappointed. We ordered the cheese platter, pulpo a la gallega, patatas bravas and albondigas. I must say that all was prepared with descent technique. Unfortunately the “sazón” was off. The pulpo was tasteless, the patatas bravas missed the mark on texture and the albondigas were closer to deli meatballs than a proper spanish slow simmer albóndiga. The sangria was good. It all was saved...
Spanish-style restaurant, tremendous atmosphere, there seem to be too many tables since it makes visitors look very close together as they are small. Good variety of tapas, meat, and seafood menu. It would be good if they modified the menu and placed drinks, you can only park in front since in North Bergen there are no parking spaces for non-residents. There is a tremendous atmosphere and it is regularly frequented by adults. I hope to return soon and that there are improvements....
Always a great meal, wait time is minimal. Sometimes the crowd is overwhelming and they never seem to have “off peak” hours. Pricing is amazing compared to the portion size and quality of the food. My favorite ate the chorizo and sangria. Can’t wait to go back
