I went yesterday at 4pm because I remember it was one of my favorite places to eat from union city but I moved to North Bergen so this review is for the place in North Bergen at 73rd Street and not the one in Union city. I hated the customer service, the two women at the front gave me the worst customer service ever. They were talking with each other, I asked questions and the woman said "look at the menu there" instead of answering nicely. Then I had to wait for more than 30mns even though I only order one dish, I asked the younger lady about the food and she just looked at me all bored and uninterested. She went inside to look for my food like 5 mins later, it was so cold I bet she could have given me my food at least 10 mins before I asked for it. I got no sauce, and she didn't offer me any sauce. There were no utensils and napkins (it was to go). Horrible customer service. It's not like this at the teri teri in Union city, over there I'm welcomed with a smile and they answer nicely to my questions, and give me my food hot and quickly and they put sauces, utensils and napkins inside without me asking them. Management at 73rd Street needs training. The two girls just talk with each other and offer disgusting customer service. The food was cold and tasted bland probably because it had no sauce and it was cold too. I will have to travel to union city and avoid this one in North Bergen at all cost!!

I'm writing to warn others about the appalling experience I had at Teri Teri. Not only did their food give me severe food poisoning causing me to have to use a sick day, but their complete disregard for customer service and refusal to refund my meal was utterly shocking. It's alarming that a restaurant could be so negligent with food handling practices, resulting in sickness for customers. Avoid this place at all costs - it's not worth the risk to your health or your wallet.

The chicken was all dry with no separate flavor or sauce, they had to order through Uber, it is the worst experience you can have in that teriyaki restaurant, two plates of food, two drinks for more than 60 dollars and having to throw it away.

1st) of all this place b become overprice, 2nd) I almost choke with shrimp tail on my sushi3rd) I bought 40 dollars and they just give me soy sauce, when I ask for other sauce they charge me for the sauce I will never come back here there are better places more economy, better service and more tasty!

I read the reviews before placing an order, and in my experience I thought that they would serve me poorly as I read, but the lady was very kind to me, and the food was delicious, I don't know who served me, but it was a lady with dark brown hair small, on the night shift and I would go again for the food and attention.

I'm very introverted, so I don't like much conversation. However the service is not so much in my face to make me feel uncomfortable, so I very much appreciate it. Mostly calm and quiet. The food is also fantastic, and never a time where it tastes too much or too little, it's just right every time. Great job
