My wife loved the food, I would like to get another plate as I felt the pork didn't have the Cuban flavor. It had to much lemon or or lime. The sangria was really good thought.

The food, the intimate atmosphere, the great service (smiles and attentiveness) and the over the top authentic Cuban flavor in the food. Definitely the top spot for the Cuban experience in Hudson county.

This is by far my favorite local Cuban restaurant! It’s not your typical Cuban eatery, the dishes are not common like the other local restaurants and the service is above and beyond! Hard to believe it’s in our neighborhood, beautiful ambiance with unique decor and the lighting always seems to be just right, this place definitely brings our aesthetic up. Food is reminiscent of classic Cuban cuisine, and the staff is very warm and tentative. The setting is apt for any occasion, and the vibe is specially festive on weekends with great music and live bands! Trova is definitely worth it, recommend 100%!!!!
I have been to this restaurant many times . I live in midtown Manhattan, and I don’t hesitate to travel to North Bergen for a wonderful meal. The food is consistently the best Cuban food I have ever eaten. I lived in Miami for a few years and I don’t recall having a better dining experience than at Trova! I consider myself a foodie, and I think this restaurant exceeded all my expectations. The service is exceptional in every aspect.
