My wife loved the food, I would like to get another plate as I felt the pork didn't have the Cuban flavor. It had to much lemon or or lime. The sangria was really good thought.
Amazing, I’ve known Jorge(the owner) for sometime now and he’s never changed. Always as consistent as Trova. The food, the intimate atmosphere, the great service (smiles and attentiveness) and the over the top authentic Cuban flavor in the food. Definitely the top spot for the Cuban experience in Hudson county.
This is by far my favorite local Cuban restaurant! It’s not your typical Cuban eatery, the dishes are not common like the other local restaurants and the service is above and beyond! The decor and music gives it a bohemian vibe! The owner and staff are friendly - very welcoming and I’ll never stop coming here !
