Courtz and I loved the experience, the view, our waiter & especially the Chef from Chili who explained the Oysters~ West Coast Vs. East Coast. Our personal waiter was fantastic, attentive and kind. We would easily dine there again. Thank you.

Went with hubby this past Saturday 3/29/25 and with our 9yo daughter to celebrate our 17yr anniversary (first time dining here). View was nice - outdoor seating was on a slanted hill so we had to switch tables and then our second table was wobbly - so we folded a piece of paper and stuck it under so nothing would fall off as we were eating. Food was ok - nothing to brag about nor pulling us to say "we got to come back!" Over all not a bad experience other than when reserving our lunch - hubby added into the notes that he would like to have a plate brought out that said happy anniversary. This never happened. When we were leaving we also asked lady at the front desk if she saw any notes in our reservation and she said "not on her end" This was the main reason for our 2 star rating. I even went back home and checked the email we received when we booked/confirmed reservation and it was there on our end with the note for our anniversary.

Waterside for dinner and Drinks is a fantastic spot on the Hudson river waterfront with an outstanding view of NYC . been coming here for years. its great spot for parties and weddings, or just to enjoy dinner and drinks on a date . fun people good music and the staff is top notch .

Appetizer lamb rib was oily, greasy and taste was truly forgettable. My wife's filet mignon was reported as good but not great. The presentation 2 stars the filet mignon very small and looked lonely and sad on the plate. It's obvious that no thought as to presentation was achieved. My plate steak and fries was also lacking. The steak had no taste and the fries were over cooked. I thought the bearnaise sauce would give it some taste but it was not to be; Worst sauce I've had in a while. Then came the desert chocolate cake with ice cream and cream. Its presentation was ok but the taste was unremarkable the cake was dense and heavy not light or fluffy. Looks like they bought it at Walmart.

An unforgettable experience! The view of NYC from Waterside Restaurant is absolutely breathtaking, perfect for a special night out with the girls! The food was delicious, with every dish exceeding our expectations. What made the evening even more special was the owner’s kindness, he was so welcoming and happily took as many pictures as we wanted. It’s rare to find a place with both incredible food and outstanding hospitality. We can’t wait to go back again!

Food was okay. Got the braised rib and it was too dry. Got the cheesesteak rolls as appetizer and they were gigantic and not as flavorful. The good thing I had that night was desert banana pudding

Food was delicious. A little bit pricey but I think it's worth it for a romantic date. They have free valet parking, but you can tip the valet if you want. Overall, it's a good restaurant.

Just went here for Valentine’s Day. It was a pre-fix menu that was $105 a person for cold, overcooked food. Salad was literally a bagged salad tossed in vinegar. Penne vodka appetizer was mushy and cold. Had to send our tiny filets back because they couldn’t seem to figure out what Rare is and blamed our judgment on the red lighting LOL. Steaks came back medium well so we didn’t bother sending again. Lobster tail was literally cold and stiff. Along with a crazy attitude from the manager when we sent the steaks back. Dessert option was chocolate cake or fruit, we asked for chocolate cake and they brought us a slice of vanilla super market cake LOL. And the total was $277 for airplane food. Should’ve gone to Chart House down the road instead.
