I love this place. Its near by my work place but only thing I don't like about this place is when I ever I order online they don't prepare my order. I have to go store and I have to tell them I order this and that by showing them on my phn. I always order 15 min early so I can grab and go but when I come to store I have to tell them. each and every time 😒😒😒. This is ridiculous. And also there manager who works in morning shift African black lady doesn't know how to handle there staff. She is always yelling and her mood is always pissed off with her staff. I have seen all the staff they are polite but the manager had to much attitude in her 🙄🙄. If manager is changed than that place will be more beautiful and peaceful. WAWA MANAGEMENT you should do something 🙄 otherwise you guys about to loose lot of customers.

There is something definitely wrong with the manager here - an african american short haired lady manager who always has a frown on her face, nary a smile or hello. There is always tension at Wawa when she is there as I have seen her reprimanding her staff in front of the customers. The staff always look stressed when she is there (wouldn't you if you have to work walking on eggshells or get reprimanded for things like - being pleasant to customer while you working on their order) She might be efficient in her own way but to constantly impose her sulkiness and unhappy disposition on both the staff and customers is uncalled for. This is one of the best Wawa because the staff here provide excellent services - before she came and managed and I am sure after she leave this establishment. It is a bad idea to rule by fear - the store will be run more efficiently if you establish trust. The staff are there to work, and the customers want to come in and feel good when they do their shopping. Don't walk around the store looking unhappy! No one wants to see that.

Some workers are literally arent paying attention to anything else but scanning i almost lost my id to the same worker asking me 3 times in one day for is when he has seen it a bunch of times there first excuse under 30 they id yesterday and and old man they id him he was so upset and frustrated.. if they say it’s coming up I there computer it’s a lie some workers there are being biased and check your accounts when your getting gas they double charged a lot of people .

I'm tired of paying for stuff im not receiving! DoorDash is not always going to issue refunds for these issues. I’ve noticed a recurring issue where certain items are frequently being left out during the packing process for my DoorDash orders. This results in incomplete orders and customers not receiving what they’ve paid for, which is unfair to them and reflects poorly on the service. I’m not the only one who’s experienced this, and it’s happened to me nearly 10 times already in 2025 alone. It’s starting to feel like either there’s a serious oversight in the process, or it’s being done intentionally to retain stock. In any case, this issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible to ensure better accuracy and customer satisfaction.
This was my first Wawa trip and my mind has been blown!! I had the most amazing experience in New Jersey trying Wawa for the first time. I ordered an omelette and iced vanilla matcha latte, this was exactly what I needed to start my day. My drink was made by a lovely person named Donna! Donna is PHENOMENAL!! I’m so picky about my matcha drinks and Donna has surpassed every expectation! I think it will be hard to drink another drink that wasn’t made by Donna. Shout out the rest of the team as well, we laughed as I screamed in the store with glee! 10000/10 store location and very affordable prices! I might have to start a petition to bring Wawa to New York City!

Wawa got the best milkshakes just you have to order it without the ice cream dairy mix So I get just strawberry Minute Maid mix with just soft serve ice cream . As a truck it last 30 mins down the road that way and no need for the bathroom without the extra dairy mix .
