Food here for the most part is ALWAYS GREAT every now and then you'll get something and it's just ok meaning fries might be Luke warm and sandwich isn't what you expected but when it's good and your food taste good then you'll more than know cause you'll be eating it really quick if you know what I mean. I do recommend coming here cause for the most part I rarely get food that's subpar . Most time foods great.

Wendy's in North Bergen doesn't work, the night shift manager is arrogant to serve and he gives orders reluctantly, they don't put on the heat knowing it's cold outside, I asked for hot tea and they don't have it, the service is bad

I walked in from another part of the shopping center and was not greeted, saw nobody at the front counter and while I waited for someone to come to take my order, I decided to use the restroom. Door got a combination lock with more buttons than a 60 piece suit. I noticed that an employee was filling out napkins and decided to grab a few, mostly to let him know I was there. As he looked at me grab a few napkins from his pile and walked to the register, he scowled at me and decided to complete what he was doing without even a verbal acknowledgment that I existed. I then patiently waited at counter, watching him look directly into my face as if to let me know I wasn’t welcome, then walk to register and look at me as to say “what!” With his eyes and pick up his phone and start texting. I have never been to this location and was shocked that Wendy’s had this young man as the person we would expect to represent this location, and this brand. ?

"Jose"Rushing me to order in drive thru, one worded responseses, arguing me with issues on my orders.He demonstrates lack of care and it shows clearly he doesn't want to be there. the event that pushed me to this review. Is that, he poured my ice coffee into a small, when i requested and paid for a large.Confronting him, he repeatingly dismisses that he given me a large, and continued after showing him a emptylarge Wendy's ice coffee. He remains his stance; as it's obvious he doesn't want to fix his mistake.other employees of the display better service. Jose is awful person, of you can avoid him. I will take this further

My daughter found a dead fly in her salad. The new COBB SALAD. It was so disgusting. I went back and ordered a different salad hopefully it didn’t have a fly in it. The workers and management are very nice people. This is my local Wendy’s never had an issue before. They need to WASH the veggies.
