I ordered food today April 11th and went to the drive thru and when I got back to work to eat , they forgot to put a junior bacon cheeseburger in the bag and they gave me the wrong dipping sauce I asked for. The only reason I am stating this is because this is the second time this has happened to me and it also happened to me at another Wendy's also.

I felt very bad because when they gave me the food in a paper bag that was supposed to be on a plastic tray like in other fast food places and when I complained they told me that since the pandemic they had already eliminated it, which is uncertain, Well, I went when the pandemic was and much later and they were still serving on trays... it is very clear that all businesses are making the story of the "PANDEMIC" to not work, save more and not do more work than they always have made,.The Pandemic happened 3 years ago and for how many more years will we, the clients, have to continue putting up with the story and the lie of.."THE PANDEMIC"???

I like many of the services. I live in Jersey City and I have a Wendy's next to my house. I prefer the Den North Bergen 1500 Tonnelle Ave. She treats me like family. She treats me well. The supervisor is very good with her clients.
