One of fav South Indian spots. They consistently serve the best mutton chukka and paratha. Love this place for comfort South Indian food. Also, appreciate how they play Tamil songs on the side.

One of the best biryani with Chettinad style. Veg items are also awesome. Post covid, they have changed to pick-up only. The taste is authentic. Not able to find any other non-veg restaurants in the vicinity with traditional authentic style.

We ordered the crab masala speciality and I noticed several black spots on the crab that were quite alarming. These spots strongly resemble parasites or leech eggs. Unaware, me and my children accidentally consumed a portion of this curry. After noticing the spots, we immediately lost our appetite and felt sick. We are concerned about the quality and safety of Anjappar's seafood. It is evident that they did not properly clean the crab before adding it to the curry. This experience has not only caused discomfort but also a genuine fear for our health.

We had live dosai station and dinner menu for our house thanksgiving celebration on last Saturday from Anjappar- North Brunswick. Wow, food is amazing. Mr. Kannan was so nice and kind to arrange all sorts of food in first and high quality standard. Prizinh was amazing. Biriyani tasted so good. Ilaneer payasam was ultimate👏🏻. All the best for your business and keep shining.

I order 6 items and drive 45 minutes to do the pickup ( Order:WEB1 date 7 Jun 2025. Once reached home i see only 5 items inside the package. Very disappointing.

We ordered Shrimp biryani but they added couple shrimp pieces in chicken biryani and gave us as a shrimp Biryani. Even that biryani is horrible and I found chicken pieces. Very poor quality.

Ordered chettinad pepper chicken and this what it came.
Also ordered mutton sukka varuval…its the worst ever. We have had better food from anjappad.

I know its ‘end of the day’ order but if you don't want to cook please don't send then.

Very disappointed with the food. We ordered two different items but both were cooked with the same curries/bases. The Chettinad Pepper Chicken missed the pepper itself and was on the sweeter side!

There was literally nobody in the restaurant when we walked in. We waited for a couple of minutes and somebody came and he pointed at the ordering tablet and then went back.
We just walked out. ?

Food was great but the ambience was too bad. It smelt so bad as we entered the restaurant. There were no people to assist or take orders. We realized by ourselves that we had to order through the kiosk and overall I felt the experience was bad.
